Attention all midget football players:  If you have not gotten your physical, please consider going to our football clinic. It will be held on Monday, July 12th and Wednesday, July 14th, at 5:30 p.m. at the American Legions building in Waxhaw. This building is on hwy 75 right before you reach the Petro gas station. The cost is $20 and you can print your forms off of the Parkwood High School Athletic page. There's a link that you can click to get the three pages needed. Please use the link that has the word "new" in it. They have changed the forms and we need to make sure to use the new ones.  Remember, you must have a copy of your child's birth certificate. You must also make sure that you have primary insurance coverage for your child, before they can take the field for practice or games. The booster club provides secondary insurance, ONLY if the player has primary. If you do not have primary insurance, you must go to the middle school as soon as possible to get a form for school insurance. It is very inexpensive and will take effect almost immediately after payment is received. Please try to get these things taken care of quickly. Football conditioning is just around the corner! :)
